Security breach concerning the ants.gouv.fr portal - update as at 24 April 2026: portal closed for maintenance
Following the digital security breach identified on Wednesday 15 April 2026, France Titres (ANTS - French authority for secure documents) is continuing to roll out measures to reinforce portal security.

To this end, France Titres (ANTS) has decided to carry out maintenance work on its portal, starting on 24 April 2026 at 7:30pm.
During this work, access to procedures for applying for documents and tracking them will be temporarily unavailable. Portal information pages will still be accessible, however, to support and inform users.
For any questions or any individual emergency situation, users may contact France Titres/ANTS' Citizens Contact Centre (CCC) via the portal "Help and Contact" section.
Every effort is being made to ensure that this maintenance work is completed as quickly as possible. Users will be kept informed.
