If you need to correct an error in the details of the registrant, lessee, or co-registrant of the vehicle, please use this service.

- Proof of the correction to be made, such as proof of address, identity, etc.
- Proof of administrative status (police report in the event of theft, release if pledged, etc.)
- An application for a vehicle registration certificate (cerfa no.13750)
If you are doing this for someone else, you will need to provide a power of attorney and proof of identity.

- 1Logging in via France Connect
Once you have logged in to your space with your FranceConnect usernames:
- Click on the “New Request” button
- Select "Registration"
- Select the "Make another request" service
- 2Start the process
- Enter the vehicle plate number
- Enter the details of the registrant named on the vehicle registration document if the service is for someone else
- Submit the supporting documents
- 3Send the request to be processed by the relevant department
Once the request has been sent to the receiving department for processing, you cannot modify it. You can't delete it either.
- 4Resuming the process for finalisation
- You may be asked to provide additional supporting documents,
- Once the process has been completed, you can go back to your application to confirm it or, if necessary, pay by credit card.
- 5Follow the progress in your ANTS space
To check the status of your online application, log in to your account.

The FranceConnect account is a login system shared by several government agencies. It allows you to connect to ANTS services without having to create an account. To do this, use the same login details from one of the following sites:

- Ameli.fr
- L’identité Numérique de La Poste,

- MSA.

Some information does not appear on the vehicle registration document (carte grise): address details, middle name, customary name, etc. Even if it is correctly recorded in the SIV application, this is not a mistake.
If you make a mistake in your last name, first name or address, you must submit a request for a change, enclosing supporting documents proving the error.
The correction process generates a new document that will be sent directly to your home address for free.
To reduce processing time, you can enter any useful details in the free text field in support of your request.
